Canned drink filling

Main equipment of canned drink filling line includes can rinser, filler/seamer monobloc, tunnel pasteurizer and conveyor system, etc. The key machine is filler/seamer monobloc. The filler is driven synchronously by seamer to ensure filling level stability and shorten the distance between filler and seamer to lower oxygen pickup. By simple change over with some parts, it can be used for various can size and shape. Adopt special structure to adjust the clearance of seaming roller, thus the seaming quality can be ensured.

Because can is easy to be distorted, so it should be treated softly during conveying process. Conveyor system does interlock with unit equipment of the production line to control the can moving speed to make them not huddle together to be distorted.
